This clinic has gone downhill after the pandemic. Theyβre more worried about collecting money than actually having a good practice. My appointment was at 11:45(despite them calling me and telling me it was 11:15 so I went early) It took them over an hour to call me and then was in and out of the rooms in less than one minute. They barely check you and your body. I went over to the gynocologist immediately after and the wait was another hour plus. I left. They play with your time and I will not be back. So inconsiderate.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. Karla or Carla needs to have someone teach her how to speak to guests that come into a DOCTORS OFFICE. Have some grace and teach hospitality. Sheβs behind a glass talking so low you canβt even hear her, with the only attitude and the second you ask her to speak up she yells at you. What kind of business is this Iβm so disappointed. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They donβt pick up when you call, I called three times never picked up and the one time they did weeks ago the person didnβt even speak English. Donβt waste your time with this place completely unprofessional.

Worse place. Receptionists are always in a bad mood & answer questions with attitude. According to them they are always booked & never have appointments, but they be making appointments for people without them knowing. Safe yourself and do not go there

I had an appointment for 1. I showed up early and was seen for the first time at 3. When I was finally called, the nurse asked me all the routine questions but when I saw the doctor she didnβt know what I was in for. The doctor didnβt introduce herself or explain the procedure. After the procedure was done she used the used supplies to use for another patient. The supplies had my blood on it. This was a horrible experience. A waste of time and horrible service. Staff doesnβt know what they are doing. Too many appointments and not enough staff.
